    State-Owned Era
    1968
    Linyi Luobei Optical Instrument Factory was established, undertaking provincial-level Fresnel lens R&D projects.
    1969
    Established an injection mold workshop and entered the LCD projector market.
    1970
    Successfully developed China’s first automated lathe specifically for Fresnel lens production.
    1980
    Successfully developed reflective Fresnel lenses.
    1991
    Completed construction of a new plant; introduced internationally advanced production equipment; established partnerships with global brands such as 3M and ACCO, expanding into European and American markets.

    Initial Restructuring Phase
    1992-1999
    Yuyiing was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise and renamed Linyi Keying Optical Instrument Co., Ltd., focusing on Fresnel lenses for educational projectors.

    2000-2009

    Rapid Growth Phase
    2000
    Completed construction of a new plant; introduced internationally advanced production equipment; established partnerships with global brands such as 3M and ACCO, expanding into European and American markets.
    2001
    Successfully developed reflective Fresnel lenses.
    2002
    Established an injection mold workshop and entered the LCD projector market.
    2003
    Renamed Shandong Yuying Optical Instrument Co., Ltd.
    2004
    Moved company headquarters to the new industrial zone in Linyi County, establishing the first modern industrial park and expanding production capacity.
    2005
    Formed a solar lens R&D team and developed PMMA array Fresnel lenses and silicone-tempered glass lenses.
    2006
    Recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise of Shandong Province.
    2008
    Introduced a high-precision 2.2-meter ultra-large lathe, enabling independent manufacturing of large-scale lens molds and expanding into the solar concentrator market. Achieved ISO9001 certification.

    2010-2019

    Transformation & Upgrading Phase
    2010
    Participated in the founding of the China Concentrated Photovoltaic Industry Association, promoting the localization of solar lenses.
    2011
    Became a major supplier of concentrated photovoltaic lenses both domestically and internationally.
    2012
    Products passed CE and RoHS certifications and began large-scale exports to the European market.
    2013
    Annual sales of infrared lenses exceeded 50 million units.
    2015
    Independently developed a Fresnel lens design software platform with fast modeling and simulation capabilities.
    2016

    Sold nearly 100 million infrared motion-sensing lenses; obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

    2017

    Invested RMB 8 million to introduce advanced processing equipment.

    2018
    Recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise of Dezhou City.

    Established a high-standard cleanroom workshop and obtained IATF16949 automotive quality certification.

     Implemented ERP+MES systems for end-to-end digital management.

    Established Shenzhen R&D Center, focusing on AR/VR optics. Earned National Little Giant Enterprise title and provincial-level Industrial Design Center/Enterprise Technology Center certifications.
